Born and educated in India, Owner and President of
Rise Worldwide LLC, Ram Hegde worked in India and New Zealand before moving to the United States. Ram's entire career of over 20 years has been in Processed Food and Beverages. Five out of these 20 years, he has been involved in international trade. Having lived in three different countries, Ram Hegde learned subtle differences each country has in culture, business practices, consumer behavior and psychology, likes and dislikes and lifestyle trends.
Rise Worldwide strives to:
- Offer more choices from a wide range of categories manufactured in the US to customers in India.
- Introduce environmentally sustainable non-food products from India into the markets of North America.
- Develop ready-to-use marinade for Tandoori Chicken and similar products for the food service sector and retail within the US.
